Adding a fee/adjustment

Go into your ‘Orders’ from your Admin Dashboard

Select the order you wish to add a fee/adjustment to and scroll down to the bottom to select the ‘add fee/adjustment’ button

Then either enter the type of fee you would like to disclose, the amount, and any notes you wish to include.

Hit Submit to add the fee or adjustment.

NOTE: This feature will enable you to add a line item in your reporting in the instance of when you have incurred an additional fee. It does not charge a fee to the customer.
