📲 App Assets/Custom Homepage
Use this guide to prepare your logo, colours and home page images for your branded Slerp mobile app.
Access thru Controls Dashboard → Designer → Mobile App
1. Logo & Splash Screen Images
To make sure your app looks sharp on all devices, please provide images in the sizes below:
- App logo
- Size: 1024 Ă— 1024 px
- Format: PNG or JPG
- This is the icon that appears on the customer’s phone.
- Splash screen (launch screen)
- Size: 2732 Ă— 2732 px
- Format: PNG or JPG
- This appears briefly when the app is opening.
Tips
- Use high‑resolution source files (no screenshots or photos of screens).
- Keep important content (logos/text) away from the very edges, as devices may crop slightly.
2. Brand Colours
We recommend sending us your HEX colour codes so the app can match your brand exactly.
- Example of a HEX code:
#F2A900 - If you don’t know your HEX codes, you can use an online colour picker such as Colour Picker Online.
- Upload your logo or a brand image.
- Click on the colour you want.
- Copy the HEX code and share it with Slerp.
Please provide:
- Primary colour – usually your main brand colour.
- Secondary colour – used for accents or buttons.
3. Custom Homepage Content
Your app homepage can promote different parts of your business, not just ordering.
You can add image tiles that:
- Link to internal sections (e.g. “Order Now”, “Loyalty”, “Locations”).
- Link to external pages (e.g. your main website, catering page, Instagram, etc.).
Image requirements for homepage tiles
- Aspect ratio: 1.66 : 1 (wide rectangle)
- Minimum width: 1024 px
- Use high‑quality images (no pixelation or blurriness)
- Keep key text or logos in the centre area so they’re visible on all device sizes.
Because phones and tablets have different screens, the visible area may vary slightly. Always test on a device after upload.
4. App Store
If your branded app is already live on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you can update these settings in Controls to customise how your app appears to customers. Please note that once changes are made, it can take up to 4 weeks for the updates to appear on the app stores.
