🗳️ Accept or Fulfill orders in bulk

Easily manage multiple orders across locations with Slerp’s bulk accept feature.

The bulk accept feature lets you quickly review and confirm multiple pending orders across several locations, saving time and streamlining busy service periods for hospitality teams managing high order volumes. 
 
  1. Login to your Slerp Controls Dashboard, then orders tab.

    Or You may also access this Quick Link ⚡ for Orders
  2. Click the Locations drop-down.
  3. Select the stores that you wish to accept orders from.

  4. Click the radio button on the left of any order that you want to bulk accept.
  5. Click Accept to confirm all the selected orders. 

  6. You can also filter all "Accepted" orders, and update their status into "Fulfilled" in bulk.

Warning: Whenever you change the status of an order, the customer will automatically be notified by email. 

Orders in "Fulfilled" status can not be selected as this is already the final status.
