Multi-selection/bulk accept: You can select more than one location on the orders page and bulk accept multiple pending orders simultaneously. Follow the steps below
- Once logged into your Slerp admin page, click the Orders option in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Locations drop-down.
- Select the stores that you wish to accept orders from.
- Click the Select boxes on the left of any order that you want to bulk accept.
- Click Accept to accept all selected orders.
- You can also filter all "Accepted" orders, and update their status into "Fulfilled" in bulk.
Please note: each time you update the status of an order, the end customer automatically receives an email.
Please note, orders in "Fulfilled" states can not be selected as this is already the final status.
