📱 Can I process orders if I don't have an Android tablet?
You can process Slerp orders even if you don’t have an Android Tablet.
You have three main options:
- Use an iPad (iOS app).
- Use another tablet that meets our tablet recommendations.
- Use the Slerp Controls Dashboard in a web browser.
Option 1 – Use an iPad (recommended)
The Slerp app is fully optimised for iOS and works on any recent iPad.
- On your iPad, open the App Store.
- Search for “Slerp” or use this link:
- Install the app and log in with your Slerp credentials.
Once logged in, you can:
- Receive new order notifications
- Accept or reject orders
- View full order details
- Mark orders as completed

Option 2 – Check our tablet recommendations
If you’re planning to buy a new device, you can review our suggested models and requirements:

Option 3 – Use the Slerp Controls Dashboard in a browser
If you don’t have a compatible tablet yet, you can still manage orders via a web browser on a laptop or desktop computer.
- Go to the Slerp Controls Dashboard.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Click the Orders tab.
- Select an order from the list.
- Click Accept or Reject as needed.
- Use the order details page to view customer information, items, and fulfillment type.
This is a practical backup option, but for the smoothest in‑store operations we recommend using a tablet where staff can quickly see and action new orders.
