Connecting to Urban Piper

How to link your Slerp Space with Urban Piper and set up your stores for online ordering.

Overview

To connect Slerp to Urban Piper you need to do the following:

  1. Contact Urban Piper to activate the Slerp channel and obtain a Slerp Location Channel ID for each store.
  2. In Controls, create all the stores you want to link to Urban Piper.
  3. Contact Slerp and provide your Urban Piper Location Ids so that we can finalise the setup.
  4. In Controls, ensure all products have their SKUs set before placing a test order.

Activating the Slerp Channel in Urban Piper

If you have access to your Urban Piper account and can locate your store Location IDs, please share these with Slerp along with the corresponding Slerp store name for each location. If you are unable to access this, we can contact Urban Piper on your behalf.
