This article explains where you can access copies of your credit notes
What is a Credit Note?
When Slerp issues you a refund, a credit note will be created.
The credit note will automatically be applied to your upcoming invoices.
You can find copies of all credit notes in your dashboard.
To download Credit notes:
Settings → Accounts and Billing → Credit Notes
Once you’re in the relevant section, find the invoice or credit note you need and click the document icon on the right to download a copy.
