👫 Customers and Guests

Understand how loyalty Customers differ from one-time Guests, and how to view and use both lists in your dashboard.

Customers are users who have created a loyalty account. This allows them to save their details, earn and redeem loyalty rewards, repeat orders more easily, and receive updates on offers. Users who place an order without creating a loyalty account are added to the Guests list instead. The Guests list displays the details of the last 100 orders and cannot be exported or edited, as these are users who did not agree to be sent promotional messages.

Accessing the Customers and Guests panel 

To access the Customers and Guests lists, login as admin to Controls Dashboard → Customers tab

This opens the Customers and Guests pane, where you can export your customer (loyalty account) list and view the demographics of your most recent guests. 

 

The Guests pane does not include loyalty information but does show details such as the area the order was placed from, helping you understand your order distribution.
