🚫 How to delete users on Slerp Controls Dashboard?

If you need to permanently remove a user from your Slerp Controls Dashboard, follow these steps to ensure the process is handled smoothly and securely

  1. Start by logging into the Controls Dashboard with your admin account. Using an admin account guarantees you have the correct permissions to make user changes. 
  2. From the main navigation panel, select ‘Settings’ to access your key administrative features.

  3. Click on the ‘Users’ tab. This section displays all current user accounts connected to your system, helping you easily find the team member you want to manage.

  4. Carefully review the list to find the user you intend to delete. Double-check your selection, as this action is irreversible and will remove the user’s access. Click the trash icon beside their name to begin the deletion.

  5. You’ll see a verification message designed to prevent accidental deletions. Carefully review this prompt and, only if you are certain, click ‘Yes’ to confirm and permanently delete the account.

  6. Once the user has been removed, a confirmation message will appear. As a best practice, review your user list once again to ensure accuracy and communicate any changes to your team to maintain transparency and account security.
