This enable partners to schedule deliveries for either ASAP or later, covering large order split deliveries, address updates, missing items, etc., with split delivery being the most common.

- Log in to the Slerp Controls dashboard.
- Go to the 'Orders' tab, and click on 'Order ID' to view the specific order. Use the 'Search Function' with 'Order ID' or 'Email address' to find it quickly.
- 'Order Details,' click 'Delivery' and select 'Book Another Courier' to add a new driver.
- Review and fill in the extra delivery details and then click 'Book' to finish the process.
Pick up from - it is the store address from which the order will be collected.
Drop-off to - this is the customer's address, whether it be the existing one or the newly requested address.
Recipient - this is where the name of the receiver is entered.
Please select a reason for booking - this is the section where you choose the reasons for rebooking.
Delivery Schedule - this is the section where you input the requested date and time, whether for the same day or a future date.
Vehicle - this is the section where you select the required vehicle type for this order
Delivery Instruction - you may toggle it on if you would like to provide delivery instructions to the courier.
NB: When an additional courier is booked, the email sent to the customer is updated with the reason and the date/time specified.
