📑 How to change product VAT

Use this article to learn how to update the VAT rate on a product in your Slerp Controls. It covers where to find VAT settings on a product and how to save the new rate for future orders.

You can update VAT on any product from your Slerp Controls.

To change a product’s VAT:

  1. Log in as admin on your Controls.
  2. Go to Products in the left-hand menu.
  3. Use the search bar to find the product you need to edit.
  4. Click the product name to open the edit panel.
  5. Find the VAT field.
  6. Input the VAT percentage you'd like to apply.
  7. Click Save.

The new VAT rate will apply to all new orders for that product.
