📈 How to Generate a Sales Report

A Sales Report gives you a downloadable summary of orders and sales over a chosen period. You can use it to track performance, compare days or weeks, and report on different customer accounts.

Step 1 – Open Composer

Step 2 – Go to Analytics > Sales Report

  • In Composer, click the Analytics tab from the side menu.
  • Choose the Sales Report tab.

Step 3 – Choose what you want in the report

  1. Customer account (optional)

    • Use the dropdown to select a specific customer account if you only want to see their orders.
    • Leave it blank to include all customer accounts.
  2. Date range

    • Use the date picker to choose the start and end dates.
    • Only orders within this range will be included.
  3. (If available) Additional filters

    • Depending on your setup, you may see extra options such as fulfilment status or locations.
    • Adjust these if you want to narrow down the report further.

Step 4 – Generate and download the report

  • When your settings are ready, click the Download button.
  • A CSV file will be generated with your sales data.
  • Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar to analyse totals, compare dates, and create graphs.
