📈 How to Generate a Sales Report
A Sales Report gives you a downloadable summary of orders and sales over a chosen period. You can use it to track performance, compare days or weeks, and report on different customer accounts.
Step 1 – Open Composer
- Log in to your Controls dashboard.
- In the left‑hand menu, click Composer.
Step 2 – Go to Analytics > Sales Report
- In Composer, click the Analytics tab from the side menu.
- Choose the Sales Report tab.

Step 3 – Choose what you want in the report

Customer account (optional)
- Use the dropdown to select a specific customer account if you only want to see their orders.
- Leave it blank to include all customer accounts.

Date range
- Use the date picker to choose the start and end dates.
- Only orders within this range will be included.

(If available) Additional filters
- Depending on your setup, you may see extra options such as fulfilment status or locations.
- Adjust these if you want to narrow down the report further.

Step 4 – Generate and download the report
- When your settings are ready, click the Download button.
- A CSV file will be generated with your sales data.
- Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar to analyse totals, compare dates, and create graphs.
