📄 How to Print or Download Order Details/Receipt in Controls Dashboard?

Easily print or download your order details/receipt directly from the Slerp Controls Dashboard.

The Controls Dashboard makes it simple to print or download order details—ideal for maintaining records or quickly providing a customer with a receipt upon request. 

  1. Login to your Slerp Controls Dashboard. 
  2. Click the Orders tab to view all recent orders.

  3. Use the Search bar to quickly locate the order by entering the Order ID or customer’s email.


  4. Once you’ve found the order, click the print icon on the far right of the order row.

    A new browser tab and print preview window will appear:

    In the print settings, choose your Destination:

    -Select your printer to print, or

    -Choose Save as PDF to download the file to your device.

    Adjust printer preferences as needed, then confirm to print or save.

 

This streamlined process ensures you always have accurate records to support every service moment.
