🔎 How to Search for Orders by Order ID or Customer Email?

Effortlessly locate orders for any guest or transaction using the Search feature on your Controls Dashboard

 

You’ll need access to your Slerp Controls Dashboard as Admin user.

How to Search for Orders

You may also use this Quick Link âš¡Orders Tab

To find a specific order, or view all current and historical orders for a customer, use the Search bar on the Orders tab:

Enter the complete Order ID to pull up a single order.

Or enter the full customer email address to display all orders linked to that email.

Note: The search must be exact—results will only appear if you enter the full Order ID or complete email. Partial searches (e.g., using only part of an email or order number) will not return results.
