As a customer, you can create user accounts on individual Slerp Partner Spaces, enhancing your experience by accessing features like loyalty programs, easy re-ordering, and fast-ordering.
After creating an account, you can add multiple addresses. Designating one address as the default shipping address streamlines the ordering process. When this default address is selected, the address information will be auto-filled, simplifying your ordering experience.
Below, you can find the procedure to mark an address as default shipping address on Web:
- Login to Slerp Space
- Click on the "Log in/Sign up" button
- Type the email address and password
- Click on "Login" button
If the account has not been created yet, proceed with clicking on "Create Account button". - Once logged in, account details can be viewed by clicking on "My Account"
- On the account details page, "Create new address" option can be found in case it is needed, and one of the existing addresses can be marked as default shipping and/or billing address by clicking on the option as seen on the following screenshot.
- Once an address is marked as default, next time the customer logged into the Slerp Space, the address will be filled in automatically on the first, and checkout screens.
Below, you can find the procedure to mark an address as default shipping address on the App:
- Login to the App
- Click on the "Log In" button
- Type the email address and password
- Click on "Login" button - On the "Profile" page, "Create new address" option can be found in case it is needed, and one of the existing addresses can be marked as default shipping address by clicking on the option as seen on the following screenshot.
