      Images and Visual Assets

      Your online store is designed to display your images on any screen size. We have listed recommendations to format your images before uploading them to your SlerpSpace.

      How do I access this feature?

      Login to Controls → Designer→ Landing 

      Here's a quick link that takes you directly to upload your Logo, Splash Image, and/or Favicon.

      You can access this quick link for uploading your Header Logo and Store Banner.

       

      What are the image requirements and dimensions?

      • File Type: .png (avoid WEBP/TIFF/HEIC).

      • File Size: The limit is 5MB. We recommend uploading files less than 500 KB, as large images can take a while to load.

      • Dimensions: Minimum height required 1156 x 990 pixels.

      • Resolution: The resolution affects the quality of your images. The resolution limit is 72 pixels/inch. Images with larger resolutions can impact loading time.

      Logo Image / Header Logo (Landing and Product Page)

      💡 Make sure you use an image with a transparent background.

      • File Type: .png (avoid WEBP/TIFF/HEIC).

      • File Size: The limit is 5MB. We recommend uploading files less than 500 KB, as large images can take a while to load.

      • Dimensions: Minimum height required 128 pixels, using a square header it should be 256 x 256 pixels, using a rectangle then it should be 1000 x 256 pixels.

      • Aspect Ratio: Equal height and width, 1:1.
      • Resolution: The resolution affects the quality of your images. The resolution limit is 72 pixels/inch. Images with larger resolutions can impact loading time.

      Favicon

      • File Type: .png (avoid WEBP/TIFF/HEIC).

      • File Size: The limit is 5MB. We recommend uploading files less than 500 KB, as large images can take a while to load.

        💡 Tips

        • Crop before upload so the focal point isn’t cut on mobile.

        • What if my image looks blurry? Upload a larger source at the correct aspect ratio; don’t upscale small images.

        • Can I replace an image without breaking pages? Yes, upload the new file, then update the component to use it; delete the old one after confirming the change is live.

        Editing image files

        Here are some tips on how to edit your image files to be ready to upload to your SlerpSpace.

        MAC - open the image file in Preview. Click Tools > Adjust Size.

        PC - open the image file in Paint. Click Resize.

        Online - Optimizilla is great for file compression. Adobe Express or Canva are great for image sizing and general editing and have free versions available.

        Adobe Express or Canva are great online tools that can help with removing a background colour. Also Google 'remove background from image' to find other free online tools.
