👀 My menu products are not showing to my customers

Step 1 – Open your store inventory

1. Log in to your Slerp Controls Dashboard.
2. Go to the Locations tab.
3. Click on the store you want to check.
4. Open the Inventory tab.
5. Click Edit inventory. 

Step 2 – Make products visible to customers

In the inventory view you’ll see a list of all products linked to this store.

1. Find the product that isn’t showing online.
2. Tick the checkbox (or toggle) next to the product to enable it.
3. Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click Save changes.

Once saved, the product will appear to customers for the relevant order types (same‑day or pre‑order – see notes below).

Important notes about inventories

• Same‑day vs Pre‑order are separate
  Your same‑day inventory and pre‑order inventory are managed independently.
  • Turning a product on for same‑day does not automatically turn it on for pre‑orders.
  • If you want the product available for both, repeat the steps in the relevant inventory.

• “Add product to all inventories” option
  When creating a new product, you may see an option like Add product to all inventories.
  • Selecting this will add the product to all store locations and to both same‑day and pre‑order inventories.
  • This is useful if most locations share the same menu.

• Stock status and snoozing
  If a product is enabled but still not visible:
  • Check that it is in stock and not marked as sold out or snoozed for the day.

If products are still not showing

If you’ve enabled the product and confirmed stock status but it’s still missing:

1. Double‑check you are editing the correct store/location.
2. Confirm you are looking at the right order type (same‑day vs pre‑order).
3. Refresh your browser or test in a private/incognito window.
4. If the product still doesn’t display, contact Slerp Support with:
   • Store name
   • Product name(s)
   • Whether this is for same‑day, pre‑order, or both.
