My menu products are not showing to my customers

Products newly created may need to be toggled on from the Store inventory.

  1. Simply go to the Locations tab and select the Store to edit. 
  2. Select the Inventory tab then the Edit Inventory button.
  3. Tick the box for the product you would like to go live, then Save Changes.

NOTE

  • Same Day and Pre-Orders have different inventory settings, this is to allow products that require time to prepare to be available only for future orders.
  • Ticking [Add product to all inventories] upon product creation will make it live on all locations, and both same-day/pre-order inventories.
