💷 Set different prices by fulfilment type

This guide shows you how to set different prices for the same product depending on whether it’s a Pickup, Delivery, or Table order. Follow the steps to update pricing by fulfillment type in your Controls.

You can charge different prices for the same product depending on how the order is fulfilled, for example:

  • Pickup: £10.00. 
  • Delivery: £15.00 (includes packaging / delivery costs).
  • Table Order: £12.20 (includes service costs).

Why use prices by fulfilment?

  • Cover delivery / packaging costs without changing pickup prices.
  • Offer sharper pricing for collection-only offers.
  • Keep dine-in pricing separate from online delivery.

Where to manage fulfilment-based prices

You manage these prices from your Controls Dashboard in the Products section. For each product, you can set a price per fulfilment type (where applicable for your setup).

  1. Open a product in Products tab.
  2. Locate the pricing tab.
  3. Adjust:
    • Pickup price.
    • Delivery price.
    • Table price (if relevant).
  4. Save.
