If a product or modifier goes temporarily out of stock during the day and is not promptly brought back into stock, it can lead to missed sales opportunities.
To prevent this, you can use the Snooze feature. This will automatically set the product or modifier back to “in stock” at the end of the current working day, so it is available for orders the following day.
To Snooze a product or modifier:
- Click the Locations tab in the left-hand menu, then select the store where you want to Snooze the product or modifier. Or use this Quick Link ⚡Locations
- Click Inventory tab.
- Locate the Snooze buttons to the right of each product or modifier.
- Click the Snooze button for the relevant product or modifier. The button will change colour and display, hover to the button to show the hours and minutes remaining until it is automatically marked back in stock.

If you use standard Opening Hours, the product or modifier will be marked back in stock at the end of the store’s opening hours for that day.

If you are using Split Shifts, the product or modifier will be marked back in stock at the end of the last shift assigned for that specific day.
