 🛍️ Same Day Orders

Same-day orders allow customers to place an order that will be prepared and fulfilled on the same day.

There are two same-day order types:

    • ASAP (As Soon As Possible) – The default same-day option. When same-day is enabled on a location, the first option a customer sees is an ASAP order, which is prepared and fulfilled as soon as you accept it.
    • Scheduled – Lets the customers choose a specific time slot later that same day for pickup or delivery, giving you more control over order flow and capacity.

You can manage both options in when you login as admin on your Controls > Locations > Settings > Same Day Settings, where you can turn ASAP and Scheduled orders on or off and enable delivery for either or both.

How to set Time Slots for Same Day Orders?

A time slot is a time window customers can choose for picking up their same-day order or for when their delivery should arrive. Time slots are based on your Opening Hours.

  1. Click the SAME DAY ORDERS tab.

  2. Click the Pickup tab.

  3. Toggle to Enable Pickup.

  4. Choose your pickup time slot length (5 mins, 15 mins, 30 mins, or 1 hour).

  5. Click Save.
