Set Time Slots For Same Day Orders

Access your Same Day orders delivery settings

1. Click Locations from the dashboard in the side navigation bar
2. Select a location you want to access same day orders
3. Click on the Settings button

Set your opening Hours

Glossary: Opening Hours are just the times your stores are open and closed.

To set your store's opening hours:

1. Once in the location's settings, click on the GENERAL tab
2.  Click on the Opening Hours tab to view and set your opening times (see screenshot 1)

Set your Same Day time slots

Glossary: A time slot is a time frame your customers can select to pick up their same day order from your location or the delivery window they would like to have the order delivered. The time slots reference your Opening hours. 

Set your Pickup Time slots

To set your same day Pickup Time slots:

1. Click on the SAME DAY ORDERS tab (see screenshot 2)
2. Click on the Pickup tab
3. Click Enable Pickup
4. Choose your pickup time slots (5mins, 15mins, 30mins, 1hour)

Set your Delivery Time slots

To set your same day Delivery Time slots:

1. Click on the SAME DAY ORDERS tab (see screenshot 3)
2. Click on the Delivery tab
3. Click Enable Delivery
4. Scroll down to delivery time slots
5. Choose your delivery time slots (30 mins or 1 hour)
6. Save
