Please ensure you are running on the latest Slerp app version (2.1.6 ) upwards to process your orders. Follow these steps to ensure you are on the latest version.
- Open the Slerp app > At the bottom of your main screen you will see vX.X.X to indicate the version you are on. If your version number is below 2.1.6, then proceed to the next step.
- Update your Slerp app:
- Open the App Store on your tablet or mobile phone
- Search 'Slerp'
- If you see the button "Update", tap this and wait for the update to complete. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
- Restart your tablet and repeat the steps above, this time you should see the "Update" button.
