Are there any additional fees associated with deliveries?
- Waiting times - please be advised that you will be charged waiting fees if you require a courier to wait for the delivery
- Changing vehicle - you may be charged extra if you change the vehicle of an order. Learn more here.
- Booking another courier - you may need to book another courier for large orders. You are charged for any extra couriers booked. Learn more here.
- Costs not charged to your customer - if you choose to give your customers discount codes to apply to their delivery charge, you will be charged for the remainder of the delivery.

Moped: Thermal bag minimum dimensions: 40cm Wide X 30cm Depth X 40cm Height / Thermal Backpack minimum dimensions: 35cm Wide x 35cm Depth x 55cm Height
If you would like to only request mopeds this can be set up as a transport-type request but it may cut down the available fleet.
