Access your Pre-orders delivery settings

Click Locations from the dashboard in the side navigation bar

Select a location you want to access pre-orders

Click on the Settings button

Click on the PRE-ORDERS tab to access the Pre-order Settings

Click on the Pickup tab
-
Click Enable Pickup
Set your Pickup Times
There are two Pickup times settings you can choose from:

Opening hours
-
Custom hours
Opening Hours

If you select Opening hours, the Pickup times reference the Opening hours settings

Opening Hours is just the times your stores are open and closed and are set in the tab called General (see screenshot below)

Custom Hours

If you select Custom Hours, you are able to completely customize the time for your customers to pick up their pre-orders

You can toggle on each day (Mon-Sun) to allow customers to place pre-order pickups

You can select a start time and an end time so that pre-order pickups are scheduled within the time window

You can toggle any weekday off to prevent customers from placing pre-order pickups for that day

NB: "Custom Hours" for Preorders are not compatible with Split Shifts and Extended Opening Hours. If you are using Split Shifts and Extended Opening, you will need to select "Opening Hours" in order to function correctly.

Set your Pre-orders pickup time slots
Glossary: Pre-order times slots are the time your customers can select to pick up their pre-orders from your location.
There are 4 ways to set pre-order pickup time slots:

5 mins
-
15 minutes
-
30 minutes
-
1 hour
i.e 15 Minutes

By setting the time slots to 15 minutes when a customer visits your landing page, the time slot they can select is broken out into 15-minute slots

Customers will have a 15-minute time slot to come and collect their orders in the store.
