We recommend placing a test order before going live. This gives you the chance to familiarise yourself with your customer journey and the flow of processing an order.
Before you begin
- Publish your SlerpSpace.
- Set up your tablet if you are offering same-day orders.
- Create a discount code with 100% off products - this will allow you to put through an order with £0.00 value, hence avoid any fees on your test orders.
- Turn pickup setting on - to avoid any fees it is best to do a pickup test order, you can turn the setting off after.
- Open your store.
Placing a test order
- Visit your online Slerp store. Your Slerp domain can be find in Settings > Company profile.
- Select pickup.
- Add products to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and apply the discount code.
- Checkout.
- Same-day orders will appear on your tablet while pre-orders will appear on the pre-order dashboard accessed on desktop.
