Accessing Invoices

This article explains where you can access copies of your invoices (e.g. Monthly Fees, CRM charges, etc.) 

How do invoice charges work?

When there are charges outside of transactional-based fees, such as monthly fees or CRM charges, the system automatically generates an invoice for these items.

These charges are deducted from your weekly payout, and no action is required from you. 

 

You can find copies of all invoices in your dashboard.


 

To download invoices:
Settings → Accounts and Billing → Invoices

Once you’re in the relevant section, find the invoice (or credit note) you need and click the document icon on the right to download a copy.

In addition to this, the charge figures appear on your Reconciliation Report.
