📴 Enable/Disable Same-Day Delivery

Use this setting when you want to temporarily stop taking delivery orders today, but still keep Click & Collect and Table Ordering open.

Before you start

You’ll need:

Step 1 – Open the location settings

  1. Log in to Controls Dashboard.
  2. From the left‑hand menu, click Locations.
  3. Click the name of the location you want to update.
  4. In the top‑right corner, click the Settings icon.


Step 2 – Go to Same‑day delivery settings

  1. At the top of the page, select the Same‑day orders tab.
  2. Under this tab, click Delivery.

You’ll now see the Same day delivery toggle and related settings (for example, minimum order value).

Example:

  • Toggle ON = you accept same‑day delivery orders
  • Toggle OFF = you do not accept same‑day delivery orders

Step 3 – Turn Same‑day delivery ON or OFF

  • To turn off same‑day delivery:
    • Click the Same day delivery toggle so it’s greyed out / in the OFF position.
  • To turn on same‑day delivery:
    • Click the toggle so it turns on again.

Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the change.

Important notes

  • Turning off Same‑day delivery does not close Click & Collect or Table Ordering.
  • If you close the store using the Slerp Partner App, this will close Pre‑orders and Click & Collect as well, not just deliveries. Use the Controls setting above if you only want to pause same‑day delivery.
