      Tablet setup

      The Slerp app is available on: 

      1. Android: Please see the required specs and recommended tablets here.
      2. IOS:  download from the App Store here.

      Check the latest version of the app here.

      Set-Up Guide:

      Step One: Download the Slerp app on your tablet/mobile phone

      1. Open the App Store on your tablet
      2. Sign in with your Gmail account
      3. Search "Slerp"
      4. Select and install the Slerp app
      5. Log in with your credentials

      Step two: Turn on automatic app updates

      Enable automatic updates in Google Play Store to ensure you receive the latest Slerp app updates.

      1. Open the App Store on your tablet
      2. Go to Settings > Auto-updates
      3. Select Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only
      4. Click Done

      Step three: Place a test order and test the media volume of your tablet

      Check your Slerp notifications can be heard and view an order.

      Hint: Your media volume must be high - access media volume by clicking the up/down volume button then tap the arrow on the screen next to Ringtone, to show all volume settings.

      1. Log into your Slerp app.
      2. Place an order to test the media volume.
      3. Reject the order - the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 days.

      Step four: Add a shortcut to your Slerp Controls to process refunds via your tablet

      We recommend adding a shortcut link on your home screen to your Slerp controls dashboard. This will give your store teams easy access to your order details and the possibility to process refunds at any time with just a few clicks.

      1. Open Chrome
      2. Search controls.slerp.com
      3. Log in with your credentials
      4. Tap on the vertical 3 dots icon for menu options.

      5. Select the Add to Home Screen option from the list.
