Set up Slerp Pay (so you can receive funds)
To get paid, you need an active Slerp Pay account linked to your bank details.
- Log in to your Controls Dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Payment Methods.
- Click Connect or Reconnect under Payment Solution / Slerp Pay.
- You’ll be taken to the “Get paid by Slerp” (Stripe) onboarding page.
- Enter the requested details, including:
- Business details (legal entity, address, registration info where required)
- Bank account details for payouts
- Representative / owner information requested by Stripe (for compliance checks)
- Submit the form so Stripe can verify your account.
Once Stripe has approved your account, the status in Settings → Payment Methods will show as connected to Slerp Pay.
⚠️ If your Slerp Pay onboarding is incomplete or verification fails, payouts may be paused until the missing information is provided in your Stripe/Slerp Pay dashboard.
How payouts work
- Every time Slerp Pay transfers money to your bank, this is called a payout.
- Payouts group together multiple customer transactions into a single transfer to your bank account.
Payout schedule
- By default, payouts are made weekly once your Slerp Pay account is fully verified.
- Exact timing can vary based on:
- Your bank’s processing times
- Any pending verification or compliance checks on your Slerp Pay/Stripe account
If you believe a payout is missing or delayed, first check your Slerp Pay/Stripe dashboard for any notifications about required actions, then contact Slerp Support if everything appears in order.
Where your funds are paid
During Slerp Pay setup, you provide the bank account where payouts should be sent. This is usually:
- Your main business current account, or
- A dedicated account for online sales
You can review or update payout bank details from your Slerp Pay/Stripe account. Any change may require additional verification by Stripe before it takes effect.
Viewing payouts, invoices, and VAT documents
You can manage your financial documents from Accounts and Billing in Slerp Controls.
Invoices and credit notes (Slerp fees)
Use this to reconcile Slerp’s service fees against your payouts.
- Go to: Settings → Accounts and Billing → Invoices to download invoices.
- Go to: Settings → Accounts and Billing → Credit Notes for any credits applied.
These documents show Slerp platform fees, CRM/usage charges, and any manual credits applied to your account.

- Download the relevant monthly VAT receipt.
⚠️ These receipts are for documentation only – there is no additional balance to pay to Slerp.
